The church and community ministry were founded by John and Vera Mae in 1961.
Today it continues as a healthy church and community ministry that focuses on ministry to the whole person.
They call it cross-shaped.
The vertical beam signifies the importance of helping people connect with God.
The horizontal beam signifies the importance of engaging in service to others.
